利用規約

この利用規約(以下「本規約」)は、&ハタラクラボ(以下「当方」)が提供する「AI落語」(以下「本サービス」)の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスをご利用いただく際は、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。

第1条(サービス内容)

本サービスは、AI音声による落語の朗読と、日本語・英語・フランス語・スペイン語の字幕を提供する、月額・年額制のサブスクリプションサービスです。一部演目は無料で提供します。

第2条(会員登録)

利用者は、メールアドレスとパスワード、またはGoogleアカウントにより会員登録を行うものとします。登録情報は正確な内容を入力してください。

第3条(料金・お支払い)

有料プランの料金・お支払い方法・お支払い時期については、特定商取引法に基づく表記をご確認ください。決済は決済代行会社Stripe, Inc.を通じて行われます。

第4条(解約)

利用者は、いつでもメールにてご連絡いただくことで解約できます。解約後も、支払済み期間の終了日までは本サービスをご利用いただけます。日割りでの返金は行いません。

第5条(禁止事項)

利用者は、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはならないものとします。

音声・字幕コンテンツの複製、再配布、販売、その他の二次利用
本サービスのシステムへの不正アクセス、リバースエンジニアリング
複数人での会員アカウントの共有・貸与
法令または公序良俗に反する行為

第6条(知的財産権)

本サービスで提供する音声・字幕・テキスト等のコンテンツに関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。利用者は、私的な視聴・学習目的の範囲でのみこれを利用できます。

第7条(免責事項)

当方は、本サービスの内容変更、中断、終了によって利用者に生じた損害について、当方の故意または重過失による場合を除き、責任を負わないものとします。

第8条(規約の変更)

当方は、必要と判断した場合、利用者への事前の通知なく本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

第9条(準拠法・管轄)

本規約の解釈にあたっては日本法を準拠法とし、本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合には、当方所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of "AI Rakugo" (the "Service"), provided by & Hataraku Lab ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

The Service is a subscription offering AI-narrated audio recordings of traditional rakugo storytelling with subtitles in Japanese, English, French, and Spanish, billed monthly or yearly. Select pieces are available for free.

2. Account registration

You may register using an email address and password, or by signing in with a Google account. Please provide accurate information.

3. Fees and payment

For pricing, payment methods, and billing timing, see our Legal Notice. Payments are processed through our payment provider, Stripe, Inc.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by contacting us by email. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for. We do not provide prorated refunds.

5. Prohibited uses

Copying, redistributing, reselling, or otherwise repurposing the audio or subtitle content
Unauthorized access to or reverse engineering of the Service
Sharing or lending a single account among multiple people
Any use that violates applicable law or public order and morals

6. Intellectual property

All copyright and other intellectual property rights in the audio, subtitles, and text provided through the Service belong to us or our rightful licensors. You may use this content only for personal listening and learning purposes.

7. Disclaimer

We are not liable for damages arising from changes to, interruption of, or termination of the Service, except where caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms without prior notice when we consider it necessary. Updated Terms take effect once posted on this page.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location.
