&ハタラクラボ(以下「当方」)は、AI落語(以下「本サービス」)の提供にあたり、以下の方針に基づき利用者の個人情報を取り扱います。

1. 取得する情報

メールアドレス(会員登録・ログイン時、Firebase Authenticationを通じて)
Googleアカウントでログインする場合、Googleから提供される氏名・メールアドレス
ご契約状況(有効/無効、プラン種別など)
お問い合わせ・ご意見フォームにご入力いただいた内容
Google Analyticsによる、アクセス状況(閲覧ページ、流入元、地域、デバイス種別など)の統計情報
ログイン時の日時・IPアドレス・ブラウザ情報(不正利用防止のための記録)

クレジットカード番号等の決済情報は、決済代行会社Stripe, Inc.が直接取り扱い、当方のサーバーには一切保存されません。

2. 利用目的

ログイン認証および会員本人確認のため
ご契約状況を確認し、有料コンテンツへのアクセス可否を判定するため
お問い合わせへの対応、サービス改善のため
アカウントの不正な共有・不正利用がないかを確認するため

3. 第三者への提供・委託先

本サービスは以下の外部サービスを利用しており、必要な範囲で情報を共有します。

Firebase(Google LLC) — ログイン認証、データベース(ご契約状況の保存)
Stripe, Inc. — 決済処理
Google Analytics(Google LLC) — アクセス解析

法令に基づく場合を除き、これら以外の第三者に個人情報を提供することはありません。

4. Cookie・ブラウザ保存情報

ログイン状態を維持するため、Firebase Authenticationがブラウザのローカルストレージ等に認証情報を保存します。これらはログアウトにより削除されます。

また、サイトの利用状況を把握するため、Google Analyticsによる計測を行っており、これにはCookieが使用されます。Google Analyticsで収集される情報は統計的な処理がされ、個人を特定するものではありません。ブラウザの設定でCookieを無効にすることで、この計測を停止できます。

5. データの保管・削除

個人情報は、アカウントが有効な間保管されます。アカウントおよび関連データの削除をご希望の場合は、下記メールアドレスまでご連絡ください。合理的な期間内に対応いたします。

Privacy Policy

& Hataraku Lab ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through AI Rakugo (the "Service") in accordance with the policy below.

1. Information we collect

Email address (via Firebase Authentication, when you sign up or sign in)
If you sign in with Google, the name and email address provided by Google
Your subscription status (active/inactive, plan type)
Anything you submit through our feedback/request form
Aggregate usage statistics (pages viewed, referral source, region, device type) via Google Analytics
Sign-in timestamp, IP address, and browser information (recorded to help detect account misuse)

Payment details such as credit card numbers are handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc., and are never stored on our own servers.

2. How we use it

To authenticate you and confirm your identity as a member
To check your subscription status and determine access to paid content
To check for unauthorized account sharing or misuse
To respond to inquiries and improve the Service

3. Third parties / service providers

The Service relies on the following external providers, which receive information only as necessary:

Firebase (Google LLC) — authentication and database (storing subscription status)
Stripe, Inc. — payment processing
Google Analytics (Google LLC) — usage analytics

We do not share your personal information with any other third party except where required by law.

4. Cookies / browser storage

To keep you signed in, Firebase Authentication stores authentication data in your browser's local storage. This is removed when you sign out.

We also use Google Analytics to understand how the Service is used, which relies on cookies. Data collected by Google Analytics is aggregated and statistical; it does not identify you personally. You can stop this by disabling cookies in your browser settings.

5. Data retention and deletion

Personal information is retained while your account remains active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, please contact us at the email below; we will respond within a reasonable time.
